EASY CARROT PIZZETTE! 🍕 Ingredients for the pizza base: • 200g (1 1u002F4 US cup) carrots, peeled and cooked • 180g (1 1u002F2 US cup) self-raising flour (or plainu002Fwholemeal flour mixed with 2.5 teaspoons of baking powder) For the topping • Tomato passata • Grated mozzarella or cheddar cheese Method: 1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking tray with baking paper. 2. Place the cooked carrots in a large bowl and mash them with a fork or potato masher. 3. Add the flour and mix everything together to form a dough, using your hands (add a little more flour if the dough is too sticky). 4. Roll out the dough until it’s 1u002F2 cm thick, then cut out circles for your pizza bases. 5. Knead the remaining dough back together and roll it out again until you have used all the dough to create the bases. 6. Transfer the bases onto your baking tray, spread with pizza sauce, top with cheese, sprinkle with dry oregano if desired, and bake for 12-15 minutes! 7. Buon appetito! 👶🏼 Suitable for 12 months ❄️ Keep in the fridge in an airtight container for up to 3 days, or freeze for up to 1 month. To reheat, bake at 180°C (350°F) for a few minutes until warmed.
